The house is ours and we are super excited. Today Olivia and I went and got key copies made and then did a thorough walk through of the place to see what needed to be done. It needs some cleaning and some yard work but nothing we cant handle. We have a month to get it ready so that should be plenty of time. The place is not without its quarks but we love it.
